Greater Gwinnett Rose Society
GGRS Monthly Meetings
This month Chris Woods of the Greater Atlanta Rose Society will speak to us on Growing the Rose Society. Chris is the previous President of GARS and has seen the growing accomplishments and strains of a society much older than GGRS. This month we meet at the Gwinnett Justice and Adminstration Center, 75 Langley Dr., Lawrenceville, GA at 7:00 pm. For directions you may use (google maps).
Chris has been growing roses some 40 plus years on and off. He comes from a long line of rose growers and has a ‘Silver Moon’ rose passed down generations from his great grandmother.
Come to our January meeting to hear how we can make our wonderful society stronger and larger. Let’s find out how we can reach those countless numbers of rose lovers who could benefit from our society just as we have since we joined!
See you there. The Greater Gwinnett Rose Society meets the first Tuesday of each month with the following exceptions - We have an annual Summer Picnic usually in July. We have a Christmas Party/Dinner in December and because of Rose Day we generally do not meet in March. Meetings start at 7:00.
We invite you to attend our meetings or any of our activities. If you would like to join the society, you can obtain an application at any of our meetings or functions or you can either print this application and fill it in by hand or enter your information on this application, print it and send either version with your check made out to "GGRS" to the address below.
